What is BBQ Stingray?
Stingray wings are smeared with sambal and grilled on banana leaf, then served with chinchalok, a sour fermented shrimp dip. BBQ Stingray is part of Singapore's hawker culture, recognised by UNESCO in 2020 as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
