What is Yong Tau Foo?
Yong tau foo began as tofu stuffed with meat paste. Today you pick your own pieces, from fishballs to bitter gourd, served in soup or dry. Yong Tau Foo is part of Singapore's hawker culture, recognised by UNESCO in 2020 as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
