Ice Kacang

Ice Kacang is a Malay hawker dish loved across Singapore. Here is what it is, what to order and where to try it.

What is Ice Kacang?

Kacang means "beans". A mountain of shaved ice hides red beans, attap chee and jelly, drizzled with bright syrups and evaporated milk. Ice Kacang is part of Singapore's hawker culture, recognised by UNESCO in 2020 as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
